Our on-site surveys and inspections are carried out by our qualified operatives trained under the BM Trada Q-Mark scheme. All information is recorded using the Onetrace software.
Floorplans or fire strategy drawings are uploaded onto the Onetrace system which uses pins to identify the specific location of the works required on the plan/drawing and any remedial works that have been completed. Each pin has its own reference accompanied photographs of the works.

Fire door repair involves the application of accepted repair techniques which reinstate the integrity of the fire door, enabling it to perform as originally intended in the event of a fire – protecting your building, its contents, and its people.
In instances where remediation isn’t possible, we’re able to provide you with full support on new fire door installation.
All remediated fire doors can be completed under BM Trada Q-Mark Fire Door Maintenance scheme.
Fire Stopping Installation
Fire stopping is the generic term for the installation of suitable materials to seal openings in fire walls or floors.
These walls/floors will be creating fire compartments that are designed to contain fire and smoke in the event of a fire.
